General Provisions

99 baji is an online entertainment and gaming platform that provides sports betting, live casino, slots, and other gaming services for users in Bangladesh. These terms form a legal agreement, and by accessing the website or creating an account you are giving your consent to this agreement.

4.4 Account Linking

Deposits and withdrawals must only be made from a mobile banking account registered in your own name. Any attempt to transact using a third-party account will be cancelled and the account may be subject to review.

Bonuses and Promotions

5.1 Welcome Bonus

99 baji offers a 100% bonus on the first deposit, up to ৳8,000. To receive this bonus, the bonus amount must be wagered 15 times (15x) — meaning the specified amount must be spent in bets before the bonus can be withdrawn.

For example: depositing ৳1,000 adds ৳1,000 in bonus, making the total balance ৳2,000; the wagering required before withdrawing the bonus is ৳1,000 × 15 = ৳15,000.

5.2 Other Promotions

99 baji regularly offers various promotional offers, each with its own terms. Specific terms apply to all bonuses and promotions and are announced separately.

5.3 Bonus Abuse

If a user attempts to abuse the bonus system — such as claiming bonuses using multiple accounts — the relevant bonus and winnings will be cancelled and the account may be permanently closed.

5.4 Bonus Expiry

Each bonus offer has a set validity period. If the wagering requirement is not met within the specified time, the bonus and any winnings earned from it will be automatically cancelled.

Betting and Gaming Rules

6.1 Bet Outcomes

All bet outcomes depend on the result of the relevant sporting event or Random Number Generator (RNG) technology. The results provided by 99 baji's service providers will be considered final.

6.2 Void Bets

A bet may be declared void in the following circumstances:

• if the bet details are not correctly recorded due to a technical error;
• if the event is cancelled or postponed and does not take place on a new date;
• if there is a clear factual error in the odds.

6.3 Multi-Bet Rules

In a multi-bet, all selections must be correct for the entire bet to win. If any single selection loses, the full bet amount is lost. The total odds are determined by multiplying the odds of each selection together.

6.4 Technical Issues

If any game or bet remains incomplete due to a server error or other technical problem, 99 baji will endeavour to refund the bet amount. However, 99 baji will not be liable for issues caused by third-party network or device problems.

Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited and if detected, the account will be immediately closed:

1. operating multiple accounts by the same person;
2. fraudulent use of bonuses or promotions;
3. attempting to influence game outcomes through artificial means or software;
4. using illegally obtained funds on the platform or using the service for money laundering;
5. attempting to gain unauthorised access to another user's account;
6. using malware or any other harmful software to damage the platform's systems or database.

Account Suspension and Closure

8.1 Temporary Suspension

99 baji reserves the right to temporarily suspend any account for any reason and at any time. The user will be informed of the reason for the suspension via live chat or email.

8.2 Permanent Closure

An account may be permanently closed in the following circumstances:

• a clear breach of these terms and conditions;
• evidence of fraudulent activity is found;
• the user submits a request to close their own account.

8.3 Self-Exclusion

Limitation of Liability and Dispute Resolution

9.1 Limitation of Liability

9.2 Service Availability

99 baji endeavours to ensure uninterrupted platform service through reasonable efforts. However, the service may be temporarily disrupted due to maintenance or unforeseen technical issues.

9.3 Dispute Resolution

Any complaint regarding a bet or transaction must be submitted within 30 days of the incident via live chat or email.
